Removing Bad Energy from your home
You cannot see energy with the naked eye but you can certainly feel it. Think of the times you have met someone and don’t “click” with them because they give off “negative vibes”? Have you ever gone into a house or a building and not felt comfortable? If you have moved house and since noticed you suffer more ill-health, accidents, arguments, lose things or break things – perhaps you need to clear it of negative energy.
Clean your home ,Clean rugs, curtains, walls, windows etc. Every time you clean your home you are removing negative energy. Cleaning your home or workspace will make it lighter and more positive. This is a result of organizing, of ridding yourself of things you no longer need and removing toxic products from your environment. Just opening windows brings in fresh, positive energy.
Remove clutter. Things like old magazines and dirty clothes can trap a lot of negative energy in your house. Remove old items you no longer need. Keep coffee tables picked up and clean. Put your laundry in a laundry hamper. Wash your dirty dishes and put them away. Negative energy needs objects to hang on to so it can remain around
Meditate there. A proper meditation once or twice a day in your living space will broadcast out a powerful positive vibration. A broadcast from a meditative state of mind becomes much more powerful than it would otherwise be, making positive energy more powerful than negative energy. A proper meditation will saturate a space with uplifting energy for several hours. especially bring the angels in!
Other space clearing techniques include burning candles, smudging with herbs or incense; clearing with bells, cymbals and singing bowls; and clearing with chanting. Burn lavender, mint or eucalyptus incense inside every room of the home. These scents will infuse positive energy into the home and will push out anything negative.
Add living plants. Plants add color, life, oxygen and positive energy to your home. All good things to have. But only if you water and maintain them.

We are all made up of energy, we are constantly interacting with energy and we are always directing energy. Thought forms linger and hang heavy in the air like bubbles. Energy collects like dust. Everything takes on an aura that is part intrinsic life force and part accumulated clutter of everything that has ever come into contact with it… you included!
Spiritual cleansing is the act of energetically clearing the slate. You wipe away all debris that has accumulated over time from different experiences. This can make a space feel lighter and brighter, it can improve your mood and release any uneasy feelings that may hang in the atmosphere.
Spiritual cleansing should be a part of your daily routine. If you practice spiritual cleansing and protection you will feel much more vital and positive. You give yourself the chance to fully utilize your energy for conscious manifestation!
So I’m sure by now you are asking, “How do I do this magical business?” ….well let me share with you a few basic techniques:
My favourite is sage smudging
All you need is some white sage smudge stick ,you can but this on Ebay
Light your smudge and begin wafting the smoke around whatever object you are cleansing or yourself if you are performing a self-cleansing. Allow the smoke to encompass the object. you can say prayer or hold any intentions you desire , I recommend doing this weekly or when you are feeling under the weather or need to clear the air! This should also be performed anytime you bring a new object into your life or if you move into a new space.
White Light Protection
Spiritual protection is a form of “sealing” the aura so that good energies stay in and unwanted energies stay out. This will disentangle your energy from that of other people and stop you from taking on the mood of others or keep you from feeling drained.
Basic visualization is all you need for this exercise. Close your eyes, focus on your breathing and allow yourself to get to a place of ease. Begin by seeing a waterfall of pure, white light flowing from the Universe and encompassing whatever you are spiritually protecting. white light protection is amazing ! The white light will create a spiritual force field around the object of your visualization. I recommend doing this as often as possible. You should begin each day by spiritually protecting yourself
Sea salt baths for cleansing your energy field
Salt baths are a long standing tool to help clear your field of heavy energy. There are many techniques and many different things you can add to the bath.
The Basics of the bath:
• You many want to start with a dry brushing of your skin to start the cleansing process.
• Use 1 cup of sea salt [ i use pink himalayan salt ] put it in a very hot bath.
• Put the salt in as the bath is filling so that it will be dissolved when you get in.
• Soak for at least 20 minutes.
• Use this time to meditate and intentionally allow more release.
• You may want to light some candles and play relaxing music.
• When the bath is over rinse with clean, cooler water.
• This is best done just before bed.
